Q:What is MUF resin powder?
A:
MUF resin powder is a melamine-modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive in dry powder form. It is designed for bonding wood materials and manufacturing plywood, MDF, particle board, blockboard and other wood-based panels.
Q:How do I prepare the MUF resin powder for use?
A:
Mix the resin powder with water at a recommended weight ratio of 1:1 to 1.6. After stirring for approximately 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is uniform, allow it to stand for about 5 minutes before application. A suitable curing agent is normally added at 1 to 5%.
