Q:What is the recommended dosage?
A:
The general recommended dosage is 10-30 ppm, while free active is generally controlled at 0.2-0.5 mg/L. Actual dosage should be adjusted according to water quality and system conditions.
Q:Can ProtecMBC 1562 be used directly before RO membranes?
A:
ProtecMBC 1562 is an oxidizing biocide, so residual oxidizing biocide should be controlled before water enters the RO membrane system. ProtecMBC 1570 or 1571 reducing agent can be used for residual control.
