2.5mm Carbon Felt Standard Vrfb Electrode for Vanadium Redox Flow Battery

In vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFB), carbon felt serves as the porous electrode where electrolyte flows through and electrochemical reactions occur. The felt's high surface area and conductivity support efficient charge transfer across many charge-discharge cycles. It is typically stacked in the cell frame between current collectors and flow channels.

Our high-purity graphite felt for semiconductor and PV applications is produced with ash content of 5 ppm or below. This grade meets upper-tier industry requirements for contamination-sensitive hot zones. Specify your purity target and we will confirm the matching grade and test report.

High-purity felt uses tighter-controlled raw materials and processing to achieve ash content as low as 5 ppm, versus hundreds of ppm in standard industrial grades. It also has lower outgassing and stricter dimensional stability, making it suitable for semiconductor wafer and PV crystal-growth furnaces. Standard furnace felt is adequate for general industrial heat treatment where ultra-low impurity is not critical.

We can supply mill test reports (MTR) covering density, ash content, carbon content, thermal conductivity, and resistivity for each batch. Third-party inspection and export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) are available on request.
