Carbon fiber cloth is a woven fabric (plain or twill) made from continuous PAN carbon fiber tows. Carbon felt is a needle-punched, non-woven insulation mat. Use cloth for sealing, lining reinforcement, and C/C preforms; use felt when you need soft thermal insulation that wraps or layers easily. They are different products and are not interchangeable.

We supply PAN-based carbon fiber woven cloth in 3K, 6K, and 12K tow grades, in plain or twill weave. Typical areal density ranges are about 200 to 225 g/m2 (3K), 300 to 350 g/m2 (6K), and 400 to 450 g/m2 (12K). Carbon content is more than 97.5% and ash content is less than 1.0%. Yes. Standard widths are 180, 650, 850, and 1000 mm, with typical thicknesses of 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 mm. Custom width and cut length are available to match your furnace opening, seal path, or lay-up drawing. Share the required dimensions and quantity for a quotation.

Our carbon cloth is used for high-temperature furnace sealing, hot-zone lining reinforcement, structural reinforcement, and carbon-carbon (C/C) preforms. Applicable service temperature is typically about 1250 to 3600 celsius degree depending on grade and atmosphere.
