High counting accuracy under normal material and stable feeding condition. Actual performance will be affected by material shape, dust, running speed and cleaning status of photoelectric sensors. Regular cleaning for sensor lens is required.

Material-contact parts are tool-free removable. Product change-over and cleaning takes about 15-30 minutes. Recipe parameters can be saved on touch screen for quick recall.

Q:Can this machine connect with other machines to form full bottling line?

Yes. It can work standalone, or connect with bottle feeder, capping machine, labeling machine to build complete bottling production line. We can provide optional accessories according to your requirement.
