Yes. The optional heating jacket circulates hot water or steam around the tank shell to maintain the process temperature during mixing. The temperature probe reads the product temperature and the control panel regulates jacket flow to hold the target range. Specify your target temperature, ambient conditions and batch volume at order and we size the jacket heat transfer area accordingly.

Yes. The variable frequency drive adjusts speed down to a gentle circulation level that blends shear sensitive product without mechanical degradation. The multi layer impeller maintains full tank movement even at low speed because the blade geometry is sized for the tank diameter. We recommend confirming minimum speed for uniformity during the first production batch and saving that parameter in the control program.

The mirror polished inner surface and smooth weld seams are designed for CIP cleaning. With the optional CIP spray ball, the cleaning cycle rinses, caustic washes, acid rinses and final rinses the full interior without manual entry. We supply a recommended CIP cycle with flow rate, cleaning time and rinse sequence with the machine documentation. For flavor changeover, a rinse with warm water between the final rinse and the next batch eliminates residual flavor transfer.
