For commercial peanut butter, a gap setting that delivers 20 to 50 micron average particle size is standard. The gap adjusts via a positioning plate with a calibrated dial that reads in increments fine enough for micron level control. Minimum achievable gap depends on rotor diameter and model. Yes. The stator and rotor assembly is designed for field disassembly. An operator removes the housing fasteners, pulls the stator, swaps the rotor and reinstalls without specialist tooling. We supply an assembly drawing and torque specification with each unit.

Motor configuration is available for 460V 60Hz three phase on request. Specify your local supply voltage, frequency and phase at order placement and we configure the motor and starter panel before shipment. CE or UL marked electrical components are available for regulated markets.

High viscosity paste is a standard application for the CW180. Pre heating the paste to reduce viscosity before feeding reduces motor load and prevents cavitation at the inlet. We recommend specifying material viscosity in centipoise at operating temperature when enquiring so we can confirm gap setting and motor duty cycle for your batch.
