Aluminum foil PE laminate is the standard film for moisture sensitive effervescent granule. It provides the lowest moisture vapor transmission rate of the compatible film options. For granule up to 8mm with irregular shape, the fill tube diameter and cup opening are sized to prevent bridging on standard particle sizes. We recommend specifying the particle size range and shape description at order stage so we confirm the fill tube diameter is appropriate for your material. If elongated pieces are present, a vibration assist option on the fill tube reduces bridging tendency and maintains consistent flow from the measuring cup to the bag.

The PM-280A standard configuration forms pillow bag and three side seal flat sachets from roll film. Stand up pouch with bottom gusset requires a different forming collar and film path configuration. We offer a gusseted bottom forming option on request. Contact us with your target pouch dimensions and we confirm whether the PM-280A can be configured for your format or whether a dedicated stand up pouch machine is the correct equipment choice.

Optional batch number printing is available and customer specified at order stage. The standard printing module handles batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date as separate configurable fields. The printer mounts on the machine frame and triggers in sync with each bag cycle. For pharmaceutical grade printing with ink specification certificate and validation documentation, specify this requirement at order and we supply the appropriate printer module.
