The CWLB 60C Plus circulates cooling water around the grinding chamber to absorb heat generated by the high speed rotor. This keeps chamber wall temperature significantly below the threshold for volatile compound loss. We recommend short batch cycles with brief intervals between runs for the most heat sensitive material regardless of cooling configuration.

Fibrous material benefits from pre drying to reduce moisture below 8 percent before feeding. The two stage action applies both shear from the tooth plate and repeated impact from the hammers, which handles fibrous structure more effectively than single stage blade grinders. 200 mesh on dry Dendrobium is achievable with two passes through the machine.

The primary difference is the water cooling circuit on the Plus model and a slightly higher capacity ceiling of 60 kg per hour versus 30 kg per hour on the standard model. For general dried root and grain material where heat buildup is not a concern, the CWLB 60C is sufficient and lower cost. The Plus model is justified for heat sensitive botanicals, aromatic herbs, pearl and mineral material, or operations running the machine for more than two hours continuously per shift.

Remove the collection bag and sieve, open the chamber access panel, and brush out residual powder with the included cleaning brush. Wipe all stainless steel contact surfaces with a damp food approved cloth. For strict cross contamination control between different herb species, a brief dry run with a neutral carrier such as rice starch purges the chamber before the next batch.
