A:
Yes. The high speed impeller disperses liquid droplets across the powder mass within the first few revolutions, preventing local saturation that causes wet spots and clumps in slow mixers. For 3 percent liquid addition, spray the liquid through the bowl inlet port over the first 30 seconds of the mix cycle while the impeller runs at full speed to ensure even distribution before the liquid is fully absorbed.
Q:We produce pharmaceutical granules and need to add water or binder solution during mixing. Does the VGH bowl seal prevent liquid from spraying onto the motor or control panel?

The sealed lid design contains liquid spray within the bowl during high speed operation.
