A trained operator completes a cutter head changeover in under five minutes. The locking mechanism releases by hand and the replacement head seats and locks without additional tooling. We recommend labeling each head by cut type for fast selection during a busy shift.

The single head model covers up to 1000 kg per hour so it handles 600 kg per hour comfortably with headroom for peak demand. The double head model is the right choice if you need simultaneous sheet or wire cut output in addition to sliced and diced product from a single machine.

Standard configuration is 380V 50Hz three phase. Single phase 220V motors are available on request for facilities without three phase supply. Specify your local power at order and we confirm the motor configuration before production.

Remove the cutter head assembly, rinse all stainless steel contact surfaces under running water, and sanitize with food approved solution.
