Yes. The freeze drying curve programming supports multi step temperature and vacuum ramps including soak segments, ramp rates and hold times for each phase. Each step is entered on the touchscreen and saved to the program library. This matches the programming capability of production scale freeze dryers so the pilot cycle transfers without parameter conversion.

The data acquisition system records shelf temperature, product temperature, chamber vacuum, condenser temperature and elapsed time at programmed intervals throughout the cycle. Yes. CIP is available as a factory installed option with spray ball coverage of the chamber interior. The chamber geometry with polished surfaces and cleanable penetrations is designed for cleaning validation. We supply the recommended CIP cycle parameters and a cleaning validation support package on request.
