Answer: It can screen materials from 5 mesh to 500 mesh for powder, granules and liquid slurry. 1~4 layers are optional, separating up to 5 different sizes at one time. Ultrasonic anti-blocking system is available for fine mesh materials.

Q:Question: What material options? Can I get 304 stainless steel model?

Answer: Carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel are optional. 304/316L is recommended for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Custom material, outlet direction and height are supported.

Q:Question: What is the hourly capacity? How to choose the correct model?

Answer: Output depends on material density, mesh size and moisture. Please send us your material name, target mesh and required hourly capacity, our engineer will offer professional model selection suggestion.

Q:Question: Can this machine be customized? Support different voltage?

Answer: Full customization available. We can adjust diameter, height and outlet position. Motors support 220V, 380V, 415V and other international voltages. Dust cover, gate and ultrasonic system are optional.
