Yes. The rotation motor and swing motor are independent drive units with separate speed control. Rotation speed and swing frequency are set individually at the control panel. This lets operators run faster rotation for coarse granule blending and slower swing for fragile particle protection, or increase swing frequency for dense material requiring more aggressive lateral redistribution.

Yes. The drum opens fully for interior access. Stainless steel inner surfaces clean with water rinse and food approved sanitizing solution. Between pharmaceutical and food production, swab sampling of the drum interior before the first food batch confirms residue below the threshold required by your cleaning validation protocol. The CWED 15000 generates significant dynamic load during the swing cycle. A reinforced concrete floor with anchor bolt points per the supplied foundation drawing is required. We provide a foundation load specification document at order stage for your structural engineer to confirm slab capacity. Installation requires a crane rated for the heaviest single assembly section.
