Yes. The high-volume airflow generated by the high-pressure centrifugal fan continuously cools the grinding chamber during operation. For high-oil or heat-sensitive applications, an optional chilled air unit or jacketed cooling water system can be retrofitted onto the feed and chamber zones to ensure continuous, non-stick processing.
Q:How does the system control dust emissions in cleanroom or sanitary food plants?
A:
The CWUF system operates under complete negative pressure. All pulverized material is moved pneumatically through enclosed stainless steel piping to the cyclone collector. Fine airborne dust is trapped by a pulse-jet bag collector with timed compressed air back-flushing, maintaining a completely dust-free plant environment.
Q:What contact material is used for food and chemical compliance?
A:
As standard, all material-contact parts (grinding chamber, classifier wheel, cyclone, piping, and collector) are fabricated from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with smooth polished internal welds. Full SUS316L construction is also available for highly corrosive chemical applications or stringent pharmaceutical requirements.
Q:What is the typical lead time and wear-part lifespan for this equipment?
A:
Standard models (CWUF-1 through CWUF-5) are manufactured with a typical lead time of 15 to 25 business days. Internal impact blades and liners are crafted from hardened alloy or stainless steel with a service life ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 operating hours depending on material abrasive characteristics. Replacement wear components are maintained in stock for rapid dispatch.
