Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
General products take 15 days to produce. Special colors take 25 days. If we have stock bottles, we can ship immediately.
Q:Do you accept custom designs?
A:
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM. If you have a sample or design, we will respond quickly regarding molding time and charges. If not, share your idea, and we will provide a design based on your request.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces per model due to production capacity and shipping costs. We recommend ordering a 20'GP or 40'HC container to reduce unit price and shipping costs.
