Founded in February 1994, it is a professional manufacturer specializing in axles and related auto parts, positioned as a leading enterprise in the axle segment of China's auto parts industry.

It has built six factory areas in Zhucheng (Shandong), Changsha (Hunan) and Shangrao (Jiangxi), with six specialized branch factories and six wholly-owned subsidiaries under its umbrella; the headquarters is located at No. 1018 Guanhai Road, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province.

Core products include light, medium and heavy-duty automobile axle assemblies, passenger car axle assemblies, U-bolts, etc.; extended products cover combine harvester chassis assemblies, tractor axles, special vehicle chassis, auto interior parts and so on.

The products are applicable to commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, agricultural machinery, aerial work platforms and other vehicle types; the load-bearing capacity of commercial vehicle axles covers 3 to 9 tons, supporting customization for higher tonnages, and passenger car axles are compatible with MacPherson and double wishbone independent suspension configurations.

Domestically, it cooperates with mainstream automobile manufacturers such as BAIC Foton, China National Heavy Duty Truck, FAW Group, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Geely Auto and BYD; its products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions including the United States and the Netherlands.
