Q:What is the difference between nylon, polyurethane(PU), and rubber wheels?

Nylon is hard, high load capacity, and wear-resistant but noisy. PU offers excellent elasticity, high load, quiet operation, and is floor-friendly. Rubber/TPR provides good shock absorption and quietness but has lower load capacity and is sensitive to oil/chemicals.
Q:What do 'Dynamic Load' and 'Static Load' mean for casters?
A:
Dynamic load is the max weight a caster can bear while moving. Static load is the max weight when stationary. Static ratings are higher than dynamic; always select based on dynamic load capacity.
