Consider load capacity (with a 1.2-1.5 safety factor), operating environment (indoor/outdoor, floor type, chemicals), functional needs (braking, noise reduction), mounting type, and wheel material (PP/PA, PU, rubber, etc.).
Q:What is the difference between nylon, polyurethane(PU), and rubber wheels?
A:
Nylon is hard, high-load, and wear-resistant but noisy. PU offers excellent elasticity, high load, and is quiet/floor-friendly. Rubber/TPR provides good shock absorption and quiet operation but has lower load capacity and is sensitive to oil/chemicals.
Q:What do 'Dynamic Load' and 'Static Load' mean for casters?
A:
Dynamic Load is the max weight a caster can bear while moving. Static Load is the max weight when stationary. Static ratings are higher; always base selection on dynamic load capacity.
Q:Can you provide special casters for high-temperature, chemical-resistant, or anti-static applications?
