AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier identifies itself as a professional technical supplier with R&D, 3D design, and broad customization capabilities. It reports ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certification, quality-control procedures, traceability, and documented complaint and corrective-action processes. The supplier states that it operates one production line and has 50 quality-control staff, with listed output across dredgers, gold-washing plants, weed harvesters, and water-surface cleaning machines. After-sales support includes 24-hour online service and, for difficult issues, on-site installation support. Financial records are indicated for 2021–2023, but no financial performance details are provided. Innovation evidence is mixed: a professional R&D supplier and a team described as exceeding 15 people are reported, while total R&D engineer experience is listed as 1 and no SDK is available. Export experience is stated at nine years, with products reportedly sold to more than 50 countries.

Supplier typeThe supplier explicitly identifies itself as a professional technical supplier and reports manufacturing output across dredging and water-cleaning equipment categories. Its stated product scope includes gold-washing plants, gold dredgers, cutter suction dredgers, weed harvesters, and water-surface cleaning machines.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certificates. It also states that its factory has ISO 9001 and CE certification systems and that designs are constructed according to CCS standards, although the provided information does not independently verify the certificates.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that its after-sales team remains online 24 hours, provides rapid technical feedback, and can send an installation team to the work site for difficult problems until the dredger returns to normal production. It also reports documented procedures and records for corrective actions and customer complaints.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports professional technical R&D capability, 3D software design services, and an R&D team described as exceeding 15 people. However, the data also lists total R&D engineer experience as 1 and confirms that no SDK is available, leaving the depth and maturity of innovation capability only partially demonstrated.

Production capacityThe supplier reports one production line, 50 quality-control staff, documented finished-product inspection instructions, quality assurance, raw-material traceability, and valid contracts with associated subcontractors. It lists substantial product output, but does not continuously reconcile quantities for each batch or production run and has no in-stock capacity.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and designs, full, minor, and flexible customization, as well as 3D software design services. Its descriptions also state that it can customize various dredging products and adapt large wheel-bucket dredgers to different working conditions.

Client casesThe supplier states that its products have been exported for nine years and sold to more than 50 countries, naming Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nigeria, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Congo among its markets. These are stated market and export claims, but no individual customer names, project details, or independently verifiable case studies are provided.
