Q:What is the minimum order quantity for custom work?

Standard products require a minimum order of 5 tonnes; custom parts start at 30 pieces. Bulk orders may qualify for negotiated minimum quantities.
Q:Do you offer product design or drawing optimisation services?
A:
We offer complimentary drawing reviews and provide free structural optimisation and process adaptation design services.
Q:What is the deposit percentage? When is the balance due?
A:
30% deposit. Upon production completion, we provide inspection photos/videos. Balance is payable upon confirmation of satisfaction.
