We normally accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) and irrevocable L/C at sight.

We make samples before mass production, conduct 100% inspection during production, random inspection before packing, and take pictures after packing.

How do you handle quality problems?

If breakage or defects are found, you must take pictures from the original carton and present claims within 7 working days after container discharge. We will advise third-party certification or accept claims based on samples/pictures and completely compensate all losses.
