The steel frame is 3.75mm profiled steel plate. Roof and base use steel frame with C steel for purlins and rockwool insulation. Walls are sandwich panels with options like EPS, rockwool, fiber glass, or PU/PIR foam. Sub floor is 15mm MGO/fiber cement board, ceiling is 9mm OSB and 12mm PVC. Flooring is 1.5mm vinyl, windows are UPVC sliding with aluminum options, and doors are high strength security or SIP doors. Electricity is 220V, 50-60Hz. Plumbing is optional.
