AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trading company in Suzhou, operating in wholesale and retail across electromechanical, metal, plastic, textile, office, labor-protection, and electronic products. It offers broad customization and ODM services, but is not identified as a professional technical supplier, does not provide 3D software design, and reported no new products in the past year. Export capability includes self-operated import and export rights, with FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW quotation terms and LC or T/T payment terms. Reported lead time is one month in both peak and off seasons. The supplier has no stated inventory, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, overseas agent or branch, or offline trade-show participation. Supplier-service governance is weakly documented: no written procedures or records were reported for assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling. Financial records are referenced for 2021–2023, but no financial figures or performance conclusions are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a Trading Company, with its company nature also stated as a trade company. Its stated business scope covers sales of multiple product categories rather than manufacturing activities.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reported no written procedures or records for effective complaint handling, and it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. These findings indicate limited documented after-sales infrastructure, although one-month lead times and stated service quotation and payment terms are available.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reported no new products in the past year, no product-information R&D capability, no SDK, and no 3D software design service. It does provide ODM services and describes investment in design and engineering support, but the explicit product-development evidence is insufficient and includes clear limitations.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, flexible customization, and ODM services. This is direct evidence of broad customization capability despite the absence of 3D software design service.
