The resin system contains special anti-UV additives mixed during raw material preparation. Even exposed to strong ultraviolet rays, alternating cold and heat, rain and snow all year round on the vehicle roof, the shell will not yellow, embrittle or fade. Its structural strength and surface integrity remain consistent throughout the service life.

Standard thickness ranges from 5mm to 50mm, with core thickness from 3mm to 40mm. Customizable thickness and dimensions are available to meet specific project requirements.

Post-processing is available for cutting, drilling, polishing, painting, edge sealing, and insert pre-embedding to fit precision assembly needs.
