Integrated multi-directional fiber ribs share the bearing pressure of heavy electrical and cooling equipment. Concentrated loads are evenly dispersed to the whole beam assembly, effectively preventing local deformation of the main mounting beam under long-term continuous vibration during train operation.

No secondary drilling or modification is needed. Standard positioning holes and connecting bosses are prefabricated during integrated molding. Operators can directly fix this reinforcing component onto the main beam via bolts, greatly speeding up the assembly progress inside equipment cabins.

Standard thickness ranges from 5mm to 50mm, with the core thickness between 3mm and 40mm and single face skin from 0.3mm to 1.0mm. Extra-large sizes and custom shapes are available for specific project requirements.
