AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a seven-employee limited trading company offering LED mirrors, shower cabins, and wash basins, with business activities covering glass, hardware, rattan, sanitary ware, and related products. It reports OEM service for known brands, ODM service, new product launches, and broad customization options. Stated annual capacities are 60,000 shower enclosures, 300,000 bathroom mirrors, and 36,000 wash basins. Export sales account for 71%–90%, with nine years of export experience and access to self-operated and agent export channels. Service procedures include complaint handling and corrective actions, but quality assurance, traceability, and raw-material traceability statuses are unknown. No overseas showroom or overseas agent/branch is reported, and quality-control test equipment is listed as zero. Financial credibility, certifications, and customer cases cannot be sufficiently verified from the provided information.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports a clear complaint-handling procedure with records and a clear corrective and preventive action procedure with implementation records. However, it has no overseas showroom or overseas agents/branches, and no overseas service countries are reported, limiting evidence of localized after-sales coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products during the past year, ODM service, and one R&D engineer responsible for AutoCAD design drawings. However, it reports no available SDK and only one R&D engineer, so the evidence supports some product-development capability but not a broad or advanced innovation infrastructure.

Production capacityReported annual capacities are 60,000 shower enclosures, 300,000 bathroom mirrors, and 36,000 wash basins; lead time is one month in the off-season and within 15 working days in peak season. Nevertheless, quality-control test equipment is listed as zero and quality-assurance status is unknown, so production volume is evidenced but production-control capability is not fully demonstrated.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM service, directly supporting a broad customization offering.
