This product is hammer head T bolt. The head with anti-rotation bevel can self-position after inserting into aluminum profile slot to stop bolt rotation.
It is integrally forged from carbon steel with high tensile strength, suitable for load-bearing connection of industrial aluminum profile frames.
The surface is finished with blue-white zinc plating to form anti-rust coating, improving corrosion resistance for indoor normal environments.
Precision thread rolling forms full and neat thread profile. It mates smoothly with matching flange nuts, delivers stable clamping force and avoids thread slipping.
It fits slot channels of national and European standard industrial aluminum profiles. Common sizes M6, M8, M10, and shank length can be customized.
It can slide directly into the profile slot during installation without removing the profile end, reducing assembly steps and improving customers assembling efficiency.
The head of hammer head T bolt has bevel anti-rotation structure. The bolt will not spin during tightening for easier operation.
