The warranty period is generally 12-18 months, depending on the specific machine. The warranty covers mechanical parts but excludes damage caused by human error. Electrical parts are not covered unless there is a quality problem. We also provide a lifetime service policy.

The maximum oversize paper size is 1400*2750 mm.
