Quality assurance is generally 12-18 months, depending on the specific machine. The scope of warranty includes mechanical part problems but does not include human damage. Electrical parts are not covered by warranty if not for quality problems.

The maximum printing material width varies by model: ZYT2-1300 is 1300mm, ZYT2-1200 is 1200mm, ZYT2-1000 is 1000mm, and ZYT2-800 is 800mm.
