Cleaning methods (selected based on contaminants): Backwashing, ultrasonic cleaning, chemical immersion, high-temperature calcination (stainless steel and some alloys only).

Cleaning frequency: Depending on the rate of pressure increase, cleaning is typically performed every 1-6 months. Lifespan: If cleaned correctly and without damaging the filter media structure, the sintered metal filter element can be reused for 3-10 years, or even for the same lifespan as the equipment. However, if mechanical deformation, excessive rusting, or embrittlement due to frequent calcination occurs, replacement is necessary.
