AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trading company operating in the construction-related sector, with business covering landscaping, municipal facilities, urban greening, lighting fixtures, building materials, hardware, and related products. It reports OEM capability for popular brands, flexible customization, two production lines, stated dance-fountain output of 50 sets, and lead times within 15 workdays in both peak and off-peak seasons. Quality assurance is reported, supported by 6–10 quality-control staff, but finished products are checked by packing staff. Major control and service gaps include no written corrective/preventive-action or complaint-handling procedures, no continuous batch quantity reconciliation, no outsourcing SOP, no valid contracts with related subcontractors, and no inventory or overseas warehouse capability. R&D experience is limited to two years and no SDK is available. Financial records are referenced for 2023–2025, but their contents are not provided. No customer cases or...

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for corrective and preventive actions or effective customer-complaint handling. It also reports no in-stock service capacity, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom, indicating documented weaknesses in structured after-sales support and overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports two years of R&D engineer experience and explicitly has no available SDK. Although it offers product customization, the evidence does not establish strong product-development or technology-integration capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports two production lines, 50 dance-fountain sets as annual output information, and lead times within 15 workdays in both peak and off-peak seasons. However, it lacks continuous batch quantity reconciliation, an outsourcing SOP, valid contracts with related subcontractors, and inventory capacity, so production controls and fulfillment resilience are deficient despite the stated capacity.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and reports OEM service for popular brands. These statements provide direct evidence of broad customization and OEM capability.
