Large Porosity Silicon Carbide wheel adopts ceramic vitrified bond with large interconnected air holes. Rubber is heat-sensitive and easy to stick on common dense wheels. The large pore design maximizes chip evacuation and heat dissipation, eliminating clogging and rubber burning during grinding.
Q:What's the difference between Black SiC and Green SiC parallel ceramic bond wheels for rubber?
A:
Black SiC (C) has higher toughness, lower cost, best for coarse grinding, rubber rough trimming, heavy stock removal of ordinary rubber rollers. Green SiC (GC) has higher purity, sharper fine grains, produces smooth scratch-free surface, used for precision polishing, silicone rubber and high-precision printing rubber roller finishing.

Standard shape is 1A1 Parallel flat grinding wheel, the universal shape for rubber roller grinders. We fully customize OD, thickness, inner bore, grit size, wheel hardness and porosity rate based on your machine drawings.
