AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryWenzhou Higo Optical Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited company established in 2013, operating in optical frames and eyeglasses. The records describe both trading activity and manufacturing-related capabilities, including a 1,550 m² plant, three production lines, ready-stock products, and export sales primarily to Europe and the United States. It reports ISO 9001:2015 certification, customer-specific frame design, and a quality-related refund commitment, although several profile details are inconsistent: employee and factory-worker counts differ, and head-office information conflicts with the Wenzhou address. Evidence supports product relevance, export experience, certification, design capability, and stated after-sales support. Financial strength, verified customer cases, and the precise scale of production cannot be conclusively assessed from the available information.

CertificationsThe supplier states that its products come with certifications and specifically reports an ISO 9001:2015 management-system certificate. The available information does not identify the certification issuer, scope, validity period, or product-level certificates, so the evidence supports certification holding but not its detailed verification.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it refunds money in cases of bad quality and is willing to sign a contract to assure quality. These are explicit service and quality-remediation commitments, although no information is provided on response times, warranty coverage, claim procedures, or service staffing.

R&D capabilityThe supplier claims more than 3,000 new optical-frame designs, an in-house professional design team, and one year of R&D-engineer experience. These statements indicate design activity and product-development capability, but the limited R&D staffing information prevents a stronger assessment of innovation depth.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a 1,550 m² manufacturing plant, three production lines, and optical-frame production across materials including TR90, acetate, Ultem, metal, and stainless steel. The profile also claims a 200-worker factory, while another record lists 33 total employees, and the reported annual output uses a monetary measure that is excluded here; therefore capacity is supported but its scale is not fully consistent or verifiable.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly states that its professional team can design frames according to customer requirements and offers to arrange designs for prospective buyers. This directly supports customized design capability, although no details are provided on tooling, sampling, minimum order requirements for customized products, or production timelines.
