Protecting the surface finish is our top priority. The roller surface is coated with a premium, easily cleanable anti-rust oil, wrapped in multi-layer shock-absorbing foam and heavy-duty vacuum plastic film. The roller is then secured in a customized, export-standard fumigated wooden box, where the journals are securely bolted to heavy internal steel/wood cradles to ensure the roll body never touches the box or shifts during rough sea transport.
