We provide two mainstream insulation options. The silicone roller uses imported high-performance silicone raw materials with nano-modified formula. The ceramic roller adopts imported high-purity alumina ceramic powder for plasma spraying. Both materials feature strong ozone resistance and stable insulation performance, suitable for different BOPP/BOPET film production demands.

Yes. Our corona rollers are fully customized according to line parameters, compatible with all mainstream biaxial stretching film equipment. We support customized roller width, diameter and cooling structure to match line speeds from 80 m/min to 700 m/min.
