AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in home goods and furniture sales, including furniture parts, installation, repairs, domestic trade agency, and import/export activities. It provides OEM and ODM services, has introduced new products within the past year, and supports extensive customization. Manufacturing evidence shows one production line, six to ten quality-control staff, ongoing quantity reconciliation, and stated order fulfillment within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak periods. Service procedures, corrective actions, and complaint-handling records are documented. However, the supplier lacks an available SDK, has no standard outsourcing procedure or valid contracts with related subcontractors, and has no overseas warehouse or showroom. Certification holdings, customer-specific cases, and sufficient evidence of financial strength are not established in the provided information.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a home goods and furniture manufacturer/seller with furniture installation and repair services, domestic trade agency, and import/export activities. Its manufacturing profile includes one production line and stated export sales of 90%, although another record identifies its primary export market as domestic, creating an inconsistency in market classification.

After-Sales capabilityThe business scope includes furniture installation and repair services, and the supplier reports written procedures with records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint handling. It also has inventory capability, but no overseas warehouse or showroom, which limits documented overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year and provides ODM services, supporting product-development capability. However, it explicitly has no available SDK, so the evidence supports innovation in product design but not SDK-based development capability.

Production capacityThe supplier operates one production line, has six to ten quality-control staff, performs ongoing quantity reconciliation for batches, maintains inventory capability, and states lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak seasons. Nevertheless, it lacks a standard operating procedure for outsourced manufacturing and has no valid contract with related subcontractors, creating a documented control weakness in outsourcing.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. These repeated capabilities indicate broad customization coverage across both customer-provided samples and designs.
