AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates across agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, construction, plastic-processing, chemical-related equipment, machinery parts, and hardware manufacturing or sales. It reports ISO9001:2015 and CE certifications, established export experience of 14 years, export sales representing 51%–70% of total sales, and documented quality, corrective-action, complaint-handling, and finished-product inspection procedures. The supplier supports OEM, ODM, and broad customization services, including customization from samples and designs. It has in-stock capability and stated lead times of within 15 working days off-season and one month during peak season. However, the evidence shows only one quality inspector, no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, no overseas warehouse or showroom, and no available SDK. Financial records are referenced for 2022–2024, but their actual results are not provided. No specific customer names or case studies are supplied.

Supplier typeThe supplier is presented as a manufacturer and seller covering agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, construction, plastic-processing, chemical-related equipment, machinery parts, and hardware products. Its registered scope includes both manufacturing and sales, indicating a diversified machinery-oriented supplier profile.

CertificationsThe supplier reports an ISO9001:2015 management-system certificate and CE product compliance certification. These explicitly support quality-management and product-compliance capability, although the evidence does not specify the certified product scope or validity dates.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has clear procedures and follow-up records for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, and it reports in-stock service capability. However, it has no overseas warehouse or overseas showroom, so overseas service infrastructure is limited.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products during the past year and offers ODM services, indicating product-development activity. However, no SDK is available, which limits evidence of software or development-interface capability.

Production capacityThe supplier lists bending and laser-cutting equipment, finished-product inspection instructions that are uniformly followed, in-stock capability, and stated lead times of within 15 working days off-season and one month during peak season. Nevertheless, it has only one quality inspector and no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, creating limitations in documented capacity assurance.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM and OEM services, including OEM service for popular brands, providing strong evidence of broad customization capability.
