Q:What is your typical lead time for mold manufacturing?

For a standard single-cavity mold, lead time is 35-40 working days after final design approval and deposit. Multi-cavity or complex molds may require 45-60 days. We provide a detailed project schedule upon order confirmation.
Q:What is your mold warranty and lifespan guarantee?
A:
We provide a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing or material defects. Depending on the steel grade and plastic material used.
Q:What mold steels do you use, and can I choose a different grade?
A:
We standardly use premium steels like S136, 2344, H13, 718H, SS420 etc from reputable mills. Yes, you can specify the steel grade. We will advise on the best option for your part material, volume, and cost requirements.
Q:Do you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis?
A:
Yes, absolutely. Before manufacturing, our engineering team provides a free DFM report. This highlights potential issues (like wall thickness, undercuts, shrinkage) and optimizes your part design for quality, cost, and mold longevity.
