We manufacture packing and filling machines, including big packing machines like valve bag filling and packing machine, bulk ton bag filling machine, conveying and palletizing system, inline or stretch hood palleting wrapping machine, Small vertical packing machine (VFFS) like filter tea bag packing machine, pyramid tea bag packing machine, drip coffee bag packing machine, granule/powder/paste/liquid packing machine and etc.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Different model packing machine with different delivery time, for small packing machines, the production time can be 15-30days, while for some big packing line, the time up to 90 working days, so please communicate with us and get exact delivery time.

Q:What is your payment term for business?

We usually handle with TT in advance, this is quick and easy way. While for some countries have difficulty to pay TT advance, we can also handle TT+LC term, while we recommend the TT payment term if possible.

Q:What shall we do if we meet problem with your machines? Do you have service Center in my region ?

Our packing machines on sale are mature after long time testing and debugging, so the machine very reliable with rare problem. Some adjusting problem if you meet, that can be solved online, our experienced engineer will give video guiding, this is most convenient and economic way. We also have oversea service team able to service abroad.

Q:How to confirm our product able to be packed with your machine? do we need to send sample to you?

We need to know your product feature, like specific weight, fineness, particle size, our sales manager and engineer able to judge and recommend machine for you. If you have material supplier in China, you can ask your supplier to send us powder sample for testing machine. You's better send us sample bag for testing operation before exwork.
