Q:What is the delivery time?

Different model packing machines have different delivery times. For small packing machines, production time is 10-30 days, while for some big packing lines, the time can be up to 60 working days. Please communicate with us to get the exact delivery time.

Q:What are your payment terms for business?

We usually handle TT in advance as it is a quick and easy way. For some countries with difficulty paying TT in advance, we can also handle TT+LC terms, but we recommend the TT payment term if possible.

Q:What should we do if we meet problems with your machines? Do you have a service center in my region?
