Lead Screws are forged or cold-rolled steel, heat-treated for strength. Gears & Pawls are precision machined and hardened. Base Plates are reinforced steel, often with rubber pads.

Safety is paramount. Our jacks feature an Automatic Load-Holding Pawl (Ratchet) to prevent unintended lowering, Shear Pin or Safety Overload Valve on hydraulic variants, a Wide Stable Base to minimize tipping risk, and Positive Screw Locks on mechanical models.
