It consists of two telescoping steel tubes-an outer sleeve and an inner tube-with a mechanical adjustment mechanism. It is designed to support formwork, beams, slabs, and other horizontal structures during concrete curing or construction work.

Our props are engineered from high-strength materials: Main Tubes: High-frequency welded steel tubes made from Q235B or Q345B steel. Wall Thickness: Typically 2.5mm to 4.0mm depending on the load class. Adjustment Mechanism: Forged steel pins or cast steel collars with coarse threads. Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) is standard for corrosion resistance. Electro-galvanizing or painting available upon request.
