Aluminum (5052, 6061): Lightweight, good thermal/EMI properties. Stainless Steel (304, 316): For harsh/hygienic environments. Pre-painted/Coil Coated Steel: Available. Thickness Range: 0.5mm to 6.0mm for stamped enclosures.

Our integrated stamping process includes: Blanking: Cutting the flat sheet to size. Drawing/Forming: Stamping the basic box shape (deep draw or multi-stage form). Piercing & Flanging: Adding holes, louvers, and mounting features. Deburring & Surface Preparation. Secondary Operations (welding, tapping, assembly) as required.

This depends on our press bed size and tonnage: Typical Max Part Size (Single Operation): Up to 1000mm x 800mm. Larger Assemblies: Can be produced as multiple stamped parts and welded together. Depth of Draw: Up to 150mm in a single operation; deeper boxes through multi-stage tooling.
