High-Performance Tile Adhesive for Interior and Exterior Use

In accordance with JC/T 547-2017, C2 refers to enhanced tile adhesive. Its tensile bond strength under standard, water immersion, heat aging and freeze-thaw conditions is no less than 1.0 MPa, double that of C1 (greater than or equal to 0.5 MPa). C2 delivers outstanding water resistance, anti-slip property and weather resistance, suitable for exterior walls, damp kitchen and bathroom zones, as well as vitrified tile wall installation. By contrast, C1 is merely fit for laying small ceramic tiles.

The mixing ratio is 1: 0.22~0.24. For a 20kg bag, add 4.4~4.8kg water and stir into smooth paste without dry powder. Never add extra cement or sand, which will damage the polymer formula, reduce adhesion and water resistance, and easily cause hollowing and tile falling off.

Optimal construction temperature: 5deg. C~35deg. C. Construction is forbidden outdoors below 5deg. C for slow hydration and reduced strength. Avoid construction above 35deg. C or windy sunny days; rapid water loss leads to premature drying and failed bonding.
