3mm-100mm Thickness Customized Color Filled PTFE Plastic Sheet for Chemical Lining

We can add glass fiber, carbon fiber, carbon powder, graphite, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), barium sulfate, silica, ceramics, and combinations. Glass and carbon fiber improve compressive strength and creep resistance; graphite and MoS2 reduce friction and enhance self-lubrication; barium sulfate and silica improve wear resistance; carbon powder provides anti-static properties. Choose the formulation based on your chemical lining's media and load conditions.

We add pigments to achieve custom colors (e.g., blue, green, gray) for production line identification or equipment marking. Pigments are considered fillers and slightly affect chemical resistance and mechanical properties. Therefore, colored sheets are not suitable for strongly oxidizing media and do not meet FDA food-contact requirements. Please provide a color sample or code.

The PTFE matrix resists almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. Fillers may affect resistance to specific media - for example, glass fiber resists most acids and bases but not hydrofluoric acid; carbon and graphite should avoid strong oxidizing acids. Provide your specific media, concentration, and temperature, and we will recommend the safest filler formulation.

Molded sheet: thickness 3-100 mm, width 150-2000 mm, length up to 2000 mm. Skived sheet: thickness 0.2-6.5 mm, width 300-2700 mm. Skived tape: thickness 0.1-4.0 mm, width 100-500 mm, in rolls. All sizes can be customized.

PTFE cannot be heat-welded. Lining installation typically uses loose lining, tight lining, or adhesive bonding. We can provide sodium naphthalene surface activation to enhance adhesion to epoxy or rubber linings. For large equipment, mechanical lining with flange compression or bolts is also possible.
