Graphite is uniformly dispersed in the PTFE matrix, significantly reducing the coefficient of friction (as low as 0.08-0.12 under dry sliding) and providing excellent self-lubrication. It also enhances thermal conductivity to minimize temperature rise during operation, and improves creep resistance and compressive strength, ensuring dimensional stability of the bearing liner under heavy loads or low-speed oscillating conditions.

Compression molding allows higher graphite filling ratios (typically 15%-30%) with uniform distribution and isotropic material properties. This yields high density and extremely low porosity, making it ideal for large diameters, thick walls, or non-standard wall thicknesses. It also guarantees concentricity and consistent mechanical performance throughout the tube.

Yes. We accept 2D drawings in PDF/CAD and 3D models in IGES/STEP formats. We can perform turning, milling, drilling, helical oil groove cutting, chamfering, and flange machining to deliver ready-to-install bearing liners.

The PTFE matrix resists almost all strong acids (except molten alkali metals and high-temperature fluor), strong alkalis, and organic solvents. Graphite is chemically inert and unaffected by most media. The liner is suitable for water, oil, steam, mild acids/alkalis, and many chemical fluids, but not recommended for strongly oxidizing acids.

It is suitable for radial and thrust plain bearings operating under dry, boundary-lubricated, or water-lubricated conditions, especially where oil lubrication is difficult or undesirable. Installation should use cold pressing or thermal shrinking with proper interference fit to avoid cracking. We can provide recommended fit tolerance tables upon request.
