Durable Molded PTFE Tube for Process Instrumentation with Chemical Inertness

We offer highly flexible custom sizing. The outer diameter typically ranges from 20 mm to 800 mm, with wall thickness starting from 3 mm and fully customizable. Length is generally limited to within 300 mm due to the compression molding process. Since molded tubes are usually made to customer specifications, we do not maintain a standard size list. Instead, we can quickly provide a solution based on your drawings or application requirements.

Compression molding is ideal for producing rigid tubes with thick walls and large diameters. The resulting products have more uniform density, low internal stress, and excellent dimensional stability, making them well suited for precision machined parts. Extruded tubes are better for thin-walled, long tubes with higher production efficiency but have limited size ranges. If your application requires thick walls, high strength, or large diameters, molded tubes are the more reliable choice.

Our mature compression molding and sintering process uses strictly controlled heating and pressure profiles, resulting in void free and delamination free products. We use only virgin suspension PTFE resin from premium sources, with no recycled material or impurities added. This meets the stringent purity requirements of industries such as semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

PTFE offers exceptional corrosion resistance against almost all strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Compression molded tubes are widely used as chemical pipeline liners, anti corrosion sleeves, insulating jackets, mechanical seals, piston rings, and bearing retainers. The material's self lubricating properties also make it suitable for oil free sliding components.

We support small batch customization, and single piece production is also available-ideal for R&D prototyping or equipment repair replacements. The MOQ is mainly affected by tooling and process costs. Standard sizes or common wall thicknesses have no MOQ restrictions; for very large sizes or special wall thicknesses, tooling costs may need to be shared. You can provide a drawing, and we will evaluate the optimal solution.
