Standard thickness is 3-100 mm, width 150-2000 mm, and maximum length 2000 mm. All dimensions can be customized, including non-standard thickness, special widths, or cut lengths. We can also machine finished insulating blocks directly from 2D/3D drawings.

Engineering grade molded sheet machines well and can be turned, milled, drilled, tapped, and cut. Use sharp tooling and proper cooling to achieve smooth surfaces and precise tolerances. We can also machine finished parts per drawings to reduce your secondary processing costs.

PTFE cannot be heat-welded, and its very low surface energy makes ordinary adhesive bonding difficult. Sodium naphthalene surface treatment can be used before bonding, or mechanical fixing via bolts, grooves, or flanges. We can provide surface treatment services.

Yes. The material complies with ROHS and REACH regulations, and MSDS documentation is available with shipment. It contains no heavy metals, plasticizers, or restricted substances, suitable for export equipment and industrial electrical products. For FDA food-grade, please choose our virgin PTFE food-grade sheet.

We use standardized molding processes and strict in-process controls. Each batch is tested for density, tensile strength, thickness, and appearance. Retained samples and lot traceability records are kept, and batch certificates and test reports are available with shipment to ensure stable, traceable quality.
