The standard version is pure PTFE, offering excellent self-lubrication and chemical inertness. Fillers such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, or bronze can be added to improve creep resistance, rigidity, or thermal conductivity. Filled versions are not suitable for food contact.
Q:Can the hole diameter, position, and countersink be customized?

Yes. We support drilling, countersinking, tapping, and slotting per 2D/3D drawings. Hole diameter, spacing, and countersink angle can all be customized for bolt fixing or pin location.
